The Family Council
strengthens and supports families affected by addiction and mental health
issues. |
There are
several levels of member involvement:
- You can simply receive our
newsletter and mailings from time to time about seminars or other activities
that might interest you.
- Do you have experience
dealing with a family member with mental health or addiction issues? If so, you
might like to volunteer to help others going through the trauma.
- If you feel you have the
appropriate background, you might consider contributing as a member of our
board of directors.
- Families play an important
role in the treatment of CAMH clients. This is an important element of The
Family Council's responsibilities. Board members advocate for Families on
various CAMH committees.
Membership is
free - Why not join now!
